So "why?" do I expect, what I expect?
I have been lucky to see several litters that are related in one way or another to my Dream litter. The Souvenir "R" litter was sired by Titus and out of Abby. Abby is also the dam of my "Star" litter. My own "Wild" litter is sired by Titus and out of Promise, before mentioned half sister to Fire. And while the Sun pups were just weeks old when the Dream litter was conceived, I knew that they would also 'offer' me some insight and I have been more than thrilled with the Sun litter as they are heading out to their homes. The Sun pups are out of Promise, Fire's half sister they were sired by Banner, a son of Abby, sired by Fire's brother Hunter. So if you can keep this all straight? This is why why I'm so excited to meet these puppies!
So back to what I expect.
I expect dogs with wonderful breed type for the show ring. I can tell you I'm not breeding for an extreme show dog; my dogs are more traditional in breed type than some of the show lines out there - For the most part I am so happy with the temperament in the lines I have been breeding for the last 8 years that want to keep these temperament and structure qualities and still go have fun in the breed ring! I expect moderate angulation, dogs with very good structure to go and do performance events and not break down. I expect dogs that are confident and social in public. I expect dogs with outstanding potential for the performance venues.
